I realised its really common hearing singporeans

going overseas to do plastic surgery.

I have heard of so many friend's friend going for

plastic surgeries at places like Thailand & Korea.

Some going there specifically for that, while others

just conveniently do it during their tours.

Read from Xiaxue blog that she went to Malaysia

to do two eyes surgeries, Double eyelids & also opening

the outer corners of her eyes. Hmmm...

First time hear of people going malaysia do.

(but the doctor is from China, sounds worse isn't it?)

I don't really trust malaysia or china, not to mention

doing plastic surgey there =___=

i can only say plastic surgery can really

do wonders & change you into another person!

Just met up with Ian & Cody, his new pet dog, at my void deck :)

But kiwi seems kinda cranky today, not that she was getting along well with cody the other time, but this time round she just kept on barking at him =x

Ian said might be because her menses just ended?

hmmm....

In addition, she don't get along well with children too.

She bark at a little girl who tried to touch her,

& this girl ended up running back to her mom screaming hysterically!!!

But the scene was really funny, running & screaming!!

But nice catching up though & its good to know that we have another common friend!!! =D

Went out dating with Spongie few days back.

A short & sweet evening, but good enough.

For me at least.:)

Spongie casually asked me a question as we were eating.

"If i open a shop, you want to be the lady boss?"

Clichéd as it may sound, but i didn't expect that.

Let's just say i was feeling kinda blissful for that moment.

April 26th -- Sugar Granny Cafe~!!

Met up with Deb & Joanne few days back.

Did some research & we ended up dinning at this cool cafe!

:- 老甜婆 Sugar Granny Cafe

The ambiance there is kinda quiet, but abit "Cheena" type.

Warm lightings accompanied with Cantonese old songs

is quite a good combination :)

They have the old Chinese version of "poster girls" on all walls

with some traditional stuff like lion dance head and
chinese signboard too.

The old kopitiam dinning seats & tables complete the whole look.

As for the edibles, i would give their dessert & drinks
a Thumb Up! ^^

Reasonable pricing & the dessert is really thick!!
After all its their specialties!

For the food wise, there are only finger food available and
all are fried, thus not so much to my liking =x

But not too bad, even their chilli sauce is different, probably home-made i guess??

Like their de-boned chicken wing, convenient for consumption
heheh ;p

Lazy people ma~

Lastly, love their display of antiques around!!

The most prominent being the Vespa alike scooter in front of the cashier !

Followed by the actual working telephone & gramophone! So cool~!

We sort of cam whore quite abit with the telephone & scooter :p

oh ya, there's also 1 or 2 guitars around, i believe

they should be antiques too ba =x

The best part is when the boss play the portable gramophone for us.

The gramophone is fully manual, no electricity required!

Need to wind before it can actually play the vinyl records.

Kinda eerie when you hear the songs, because of the constant
breaks & fuzziness of the old records >_<

kiwi's Nail Cutting!

Felt a great sense of satisfaction today

Just because i managed to cut kiwi's nails all by myself!

The last time when i 1st cut her nails, she was less than 1 year old.

Back then, being unexperienced i accidentally cut the vein in the nail

and of cause it bleed =x

Since then me & kiwi was traumatized by that.

She dislike me touching her paws & i don't dare to cut her nails since!!

Nail cutting became the groomer's job.

But recently when i brought her to the vet,

the assistant there taught me how to cut with care.

With some research done online, i finally muster enough courage

to attempt cutting her nails again ;p

Armed with lots of chocolate treats & with a few scratches from her,

i finally did it today!!

Cut all nails neatly with care, & no bleeding!!

Tired...

Just ended the 3 days Career Fair at Suntec City.

Not a bad experience, but definitely not my first time participating.

Met lots of people from all walks of life,

from handicapped to aunties, to "Atas" people too.

Many of whom are foreigners hoping to secure a job in Singapore,
so that they can get PR here. I am not surprise ever since Singapore govt open up to foreign talents.

Got to mingle with people from other booths too,

generally it's kinda fun! =D

Today was the first day helping out at the Career Fair @ Suntec.

I was on the morning shift, so wasn't that crowded even till i left for Wei Sheng Chalet.

Headed down to Pasir Ris to meet Jh.

Together, we picked up Ws chalet keys & also collected

the BBQ food for Sunnie, his gf.

While she went to meet Ws, to try bring him to the

surprise birthday party!

It was bad, they quarreled just before that. Gotta wait for them to patch up & continue the surprise plan. Soon, his friends & bro all arrived there, we were just

waiting for them to knock on the door.

Finally, the birthday boy appears & "Happy Birthday"!

Hahaha~ It was hilarious seeing his classic shocked face!

He was still in shock for the next 15 good minutes :p

Following that, went down to Boat Quey to meet my colleagues for a drink

at Reb Bar, i think. A cozy little Ktv pub a level 3.

Damien went to fetch Spongie over at Fullerton,

after Gladys birthday celebration.

Played some drinking games before ending the long night.

Had lots of fun~ ^^

My mommy fell down quite badly

Spongie was down with fever

Come 8.30pm on March 27, 2010, Singapore will turn dark for an hour as hundreds of buildings, shopping malls, national monuments and landmarks island-wide will turn off their non-essential lights during Earth Hour 2010. With the current movement against climate change, organizations and businesses are pledging their support for the energy-saving campaign.

Some of the bigger bodies include Singapore's Changi Airport, who will turn off decorative lights and dimming many operational lights within the terminal buildings and malls, Resorts World Sentosa, and almost all the national monuments and landmark icons, including the Merlion, the Singapore Flyer, Esplanade Theatres, the Fullerton Hotel, One Fullerton, Clifford Pier and the Asian Civilizations Museum.

Around the central business district, the Singapore River will flow in darkness while all around the downtown area, buildings power down for the requisite hour. These include the HSBC Building, Maybank Tower, Raffles City Shopping Mall, One Raffles Quay, Suntec City and Swissotel the Stamford.

Tong Heng diamond shaped egg tarts, from Chinatown!
Its the familiar flavour from childhood memories...
the taste is still the same as i first ate their egg tarts!!

Of course as time changes, they change too.

The egg tarts are now available in few flavours.

Can't remember all, but mommy bought me
the coconut & orignal flavoured egg tarts!

My conclusion -the original is still the best!

Think this was on the 18th Dec, my last Pole 3 Class.
After my pole class, i met up with spongie for a movie at The Cathay.

We watched the movie Avatar.

The show was awesome, loved the 3D characters

the neon lighting & shading too :)
Even the environment setup was cool~

After that, we were kinda hungry & decided to look around for food.
Out of random, he suggested Aston.
but i think its not random, most probably he got cravings =x

Anyway, as usual the queue was long :(
but luckily, we don't mind the outdoor seats, so we get to go in earlier!
At first i was kinda sceptical

scared got mosquito cause raining, den no air con, etc...

However, i n fact i kinda enjoyed the outdoor view

it was windy & less crowded

until a group of teenagers came in

and made a hell lot of noise =_=

Of course, the food is still as good :)

Its a toy camera, that shoots in a traditional way
Need to load film & send for developing!
So far, so good.

But it has got its limits too :(
Cannot shoot in a poorly lit environment

what you see in the viewfinder is not what you will get
eg: you can't see the focus effect in the viewfinder =x

But overall, its fun to play & experiment around

Kite Flying @ Marina Barrage

yeash! Finally get to fly kite again!

I still remember the last time i lay my hands on a kite

was like erm... 8 or 9 years ago?
Hahaha, back then during lower Sec!

This time round, i went with jh, idil, his sis & a cousin
and... their hamsters =.=
ya, both the sis & cousin brought their hamsters along

As usual, i was the earliest,

sat at Marina Bay platform waitng like an idiot
so i decided to cam whore ~~abit~~

ok maybe not abit, more like alot =x
i even communicated through hand signs with this little boy in a train,
who was with his parents, waiting to bounce back to other stations

yes, i was that bored =x

Finally jh arrives, so we two head off first
When we step out of the station looking around for the bus sign

we felt like an idiot -__- !
cause the environment outside the station have changed

so much so that we could not recognized it anymore

It was my first time to Marina Barrage

everything was a eye opener :p
Lovely plants, structure & scenery!

The sun was scorching hot that day

although it was windy

but we still can feel the heat on our skin

Flying a kite was not as easy as we thought =.=
We tried running like idiots,

while holding the kite behind us and we still failed =x

Fortunately, we saw a kite master & sought advise from him!
With his help, i could fly the kite easily on first try!

Whoohoo! Thanks teacher :]

However, good things never lasted long

We were so happy snapping photos of our successful moments

such that i lose concentration on the kite

& it flew off my hand >.<

By the time idil they all arrived,

we are only left with one kite =(

After few more attempts,

jh could finally fly her kite up high into the sky

although at one point of time,

her hair was entangled with the string =x

so i have to help her tidy the string from behind

Soon after, jh gotta go for her cousin's engagement dinner
Looking for cab outside Marina Bay MRT was disastrous!

but overall, it was a fun trip ^___^

Garnier 16 Skintone Search - Finalist!

Guess what?

I was shortlisted for the Garnier 16 Skintone Search contest

as one of their 48 finalists out of 600+ contestants!

Whoohoo~

I was so excited when i received the call!

However, they only gave us like 4 days notice to attend the event on that same week =/

Moreover, we are asked to dress in white/yellow from head to toes, including shoes!

Such a short notice >.<

We were asked to wait at Newton MRT on the 5th Dec, to wait for their shuttle bus

It was easy to recognise who are the other finalist as everyone are dressed in mostly white

Many people stare at us, cause of the obvious colour theme! =D

But end up their representative was late, even though they stated in the email

for everyone to be punctual -___- !

The event was held at Mimolette, 55 Fairways Drive

Mimolette is a very NICE place! Highly recommended!

That place is gorgeous!

The environment was nicely decorated, even on the outside walkway

It is a two storey building, with restaurant and bar on the 1st floor.

There is a Bukit Timah Saddle Club near the restaurant, so on the way in

we saw horses crossing the road, gazing leisurely on grasses, etc...

The experience was pleasant!

Upon arrival, they split us into 4 groups according to our skin tone

Mine was a skin tone 7! :D

As we walked into restaurant, we saw the DJ, Pei Fen filming outside

i manage to take a photo with her before she left :p

Then the camera man also asked us to walk past this Garnier counter

and pretend to talk happily to their Garnier girls LOL~

These Garnier girls were the leaders for each group

Surprisingly, they were kinda young although they appear to be older than us =x

Most of them are quite pretty

Then we were ushered to a small stage area, as the audience

We were given a short briefing about their products,

and also the plans for the rest of the day

Mainly, the day is split into 4 sections, from 9.30am - 5.30pm

1. Make up & Hairdo

2. Photo Shoot

3. Casting

4. Interview with 4 judges

The scariest part is...

nobody expected there would be trial casting on that day -____-

Imagine having to memories a script like this:

"with Garnier light cream, any skintone can be fairer and more radiant... etc..."

and each person only have 2 takes

i screw up mine =x

Anyway, the people from Garnier and the marketing company were very nice and friendly ^^

The food was way better than my expectations

We had scones and mini sausage bun for breakfast,

with an array of interesting food for lunch =]

But its irritating, when we have to wait for 2 hours for the results,

instead of the stated 1 hour!! =.=

Oh ya and i get along well with 2 of the girls from my group

Eventually, 1 of the two girls won for her skin tone, congrats! =D

With that, it also means that i never win >.<

The Blue Mansion

Personally, i like this movie, as compared to other local films.
The story is intricating, with some bold scenes in it too.
Not forgetting, the minor funny elements too =]

Do give it a try, as i believe its totally different from those hokkien local movies!

The gist of the story:
The Penang house of the favoured seventh wife of Cheong Fatt Tze, a successful minister in the 1890s,is the setting for a wake and a clever murder mystery in actor-director Glen Goei’s latest production. While the indigo manor is named after the original owner, Goei’s movie, The Blue Mansion, refers to an alternative title for the abode.

Set possibly in the 1960s, the film opens with preparations for the funeral of patriarch Wee Bak Chuan (Patrick Teoh), who built a pineapple empire. The domineering tycoon returns as a ghost and to his horror, witnesses an event meant to mourn his passing degenerating into a party. Oblivious to the fact that he’s moved on to the nether world, the businessman wants to voice his two cents’ worth about everything. The result is a continuous flow of dialogue and the incessant opinions or commands from the dead but overbearing magnate that no one hears but the audience.

Bak Chuan’s spirit finally meets his physical body when he looks into the coffin, and he realises why his family doesn’t respond to his rattling. This marks the start of his journey to discover the cause of his death, and his stumbling upon many secrets about his daughter and 2 sons that he never knew in the 30-odd years as their father.

On the surface, you think you recognise the stereotypes of a rich business family. There’s the reluctant heir, the ambitious second son and the spinster daughter. And these characteristics are in full evidence in the eldest, Teck Liang (Lim Kay Siu), whom Bak Chuan is adamant about handing the family empire to, foul-mouthed Teck Meng (Adrian Pang), who has issues being passed over for CEO and marital problems with Veronica (Tan Kheng Hua), as well as Pei Shan (Neo Swee Lin), a staunch Christian, who is unmarried because her family objects to her Indian boyfriend, Raj (Himanshu Bhatt).

But this wouldn’t be the story that took Goei and his writer Ken Kwek about 3 years to write and more than a decade to produce.

The complexity slowly reveals itself, as secrets of the the siblings come to the fore.

Propelling the story forward is a mysterious phone call that claims that Bak Chuan was murdered, instead of having died from a heart attack that doctors established as the cause of death. 2 police investigators, Inspector Suresh Maniam (Huzir Sulaiman) and his assistant Tan Kok Leong (Steve Yap) come knocking on the doors of the Wee family.

In addition to the intriguing mystery and well developed characters, and the solid acting that we’ve come to expect of the finest lights in Singapore stage community as well as their counterparts across the Causeway, the movie can also be counted on to provide some good chuckles. And unlike some local comedies that have relied heavily on Singlish [an English-based creole unique to Singapore] to milk the laughs, The Blue Mansion gives us cleverly crafted humour that is delivered in grammatically correct English, that is not stilted or with put-on accents, and relatable to a local audience. Anyone who has been to a funeral here knows how differing religious beliefs can become a sore point. So, it’s not surprising to see the compromise that results in a multi-religious memorial service. This is when you’ll see professional Chinese mourners place 4D bets while grieving, and someone gets to put on her make-up as she sings a hymn.

Scenes like these convey the comedic element and show the director’s attention to detail. The outcome is the momentary shift of the limelight to the supporting roles, which provides a break from the emotional roller coaster rides of the main cast. Two that stand out are director Glen Goei’s cameo appearance as William Han, an old friend of Liang and whom Bak Chuan labels as the “fruit cake”. The other that will surely crack you up is the funeral manager, played by Singapore’s favourite stand-up comedian Ah Beng [Hokkien term for a lout] Sebastian Tan, with his fluent Singlish and Hokkien as he negotiates with Bak Chuan’s wife, Siok Lin (Louisa Chong) over the size of the paper house and car to be burnt as offerings to her beloved husband.

Enhancing the melodramatic tale is the brilliant music by Australian composer David Hirschfelder who sets the atmosphere, and effectively brings out the mood when the ghost of the deceased first wife of Liang, Mei Yi (Emma Yong), appears to Bak Chuan at the funeral. The lavish use of the deep sounds of the cello make the ambience more brooding when required, and slides easily on to a higher pitch, fashioning a lighthearted tone for the contrasting happiness and gaiety of the party scene.

As the enchanting instrumentals shift the film to reach the climax, we look forward to ultimately unveiling the enigma of Bak Chuan’s death. The cinematic approach changes as we see more flashbacks of the father-in-law’s dark secret being exposed, showing how Mei Yi died.

Woke up early on Sunday to a great day ^^

Spongie came back with breakfast for me, before we head out to the Da Vinci Exhibition at Science Centre. But the unlucky thing was that i was having menses cramp that day :(

Anyway, i still managed to walk through the whole exhibition & parts of Science Centre too.

But somehow, i wasn't as fascinated as i thought i would be by the exhibition =x

Maybe cause i already studied a little bit of him during my poly days...

After that, we initially plan to go town for a movie or dinner, but suddenly we have this urge to buy a wii as my sister just bought a Wii recently at quite a good price. So we decided to cab down to Sim Lim Sq to get a Wii~!!

Then we grab some dinner & cab back to his place, eager to try out our Wii~!!

Yeah, it was fun, sweat quite abit ^^

Not that the game was that active, its just the way i played it...

Accidentally hit his hand, knock myself against a wall, smack the remote on wall

Whoohoo~!

I took a cab 2 days back, and the driver was kinda friendly.

He started playing his favourite CD, & sang out the songs aloud =.=

After chatting for awhile, i realised that

he actually stayed few blocks away from me...

He said "maybe i might even know your father, hahaha..."

Anw, so as we chatted, he asked me which school i came from?

so i asked which school are you referring to?

[in my mind i was thinking poly or sec sch?]

So he said the current school...

Then i laughed and answered i am working already!!

Wahaahha~!

Then he said: " Serious? i thought you are still studying,

you look like a Sec 4 student! "

I don't know if that's a good thing??

Probably i am SHORT?

But i would still choose to believe that

Then on Val day, we actually reserved a place at hemisphere cafe,

but he had a fever, so we cancelled it.

Wanted to go back home, but he didn't want to disappoint me,

so he took some panadols & we continued walking along Orchard :)

Ended up we had hi-tea at New York New York Deli Bistro @ Centrepoint

and a nice dinner at the Borders's Cafe :)

i LOVE their smoked salmon salad ^^

At midnite 12am, he tried surprising me with a birthday cake

Random Thoughts

While i was on my way to work one day...

i sat in the train observing people around me,

everybody look so grumpy,

except for a handicapped man in a wheelchair...

so i thought to myself...

one should be contented with what they have in life

therefore i should be happy with my current life now ^^

treasure whatever that comes in your life...

i may not have a happy family

but at least my relationship with each parent is better now :)

i may not have found the best job

but at least i have a nice boss :)

i may not be earning a lot

but at least i still have enough to get by :)

i may be getting fatter by the day

but at least i still have you by my side :)

so why complain & whine all day long that life sucks?

If you don't compare with others, whatever you have is the BEST right?!?

East Coast Park

take a break . go back to nature

Went to east coast park last wednesday

with ws, jh & my beloved Kiwi~!!

I nearly forgot how to cycle, as its been ages since i last cycled...

and i realised east coast park had changed so much

from the last time i was there =x

Now they have a proper hawker centre, cable ski

& lots of restaurants too!!

anyway, we had fun there~! ^^

CNY is coming, so jh jio me go do eyelash extension together =D

okok, i know some people will say that it look so fake,

But cause CNY is coming, why not give it a try right?

[ Partially also because i am lazy to put on & remove my mascara ]

Anyway, its my 1st try, & her 2nd try...

So we ended up at Far East Plaza, cause most other places

are fully booked due to the upcoming CNY >_<

Then i realized one thing, Singapore is really infested with China People =_=

Cause all those hair/eyelash extension shop are mostly owned & run by China people...

Not that i am prejudiced against them or what, but having stayed in the shop

for like an hour plus, we can see how they manage their business...

It's terrible >.<

In what sense??

1. They keep squeezing in customers to make more money, when

the shop is obviously too packed already!!!

2. They gave empty promises =X

e.g; we witnessed a customer who came back to complain, who,

by the way, is also their fellow China people, that the boss

promised her that the hair extension will look natural, but

the outcome was otherwise =X

The customer ended up arguing with the lady boss for like

half an hour or so, cause the boss suggested for her to

remove it at another cost of cause !!!

3. Their attitude sucks!

Rude, rowdy, insincere/dishonest in the sense that they like

to "phsyco" their customers to choose the higher pricing stuff,

saying how bad you will look if you choose the cheaper ones

Once again, let me clarify that i am really NOT PREJUDICED against China people

[ ok, maybe a minority =x ]

Just for Laugh !!!

Came across this today while i was surfing net at work =x

Apparently someone was in singapore for a short trip & entered

this chinese restaurant wanting to try authentic chinese food.

To his surprise, the workers there are all people from

MAINLAND china (no offense here =x)

& the menu has it in both Chinese & "English" languages.

However, the translation of the dishes to english was hilarious~!

Ok, 2009 is here for like two weeks already,

but i have yet to come up with a resolution for this year =x

Feel like doing something different, but "有心无力" =x

hmm... but i have few things in mind now....

1. Save up some $ Money $, hopefully can go traveling =]

2. Involve in some sort of activities like voluntary work,

& expand my circles of friends too :)

3. Sign up & start learning driving soon >__<

4. Change to a more satisfying & better pay job

(i won't mind not doing design jobs) =x

5. Pamper myself more, maybe wanna get a Wii ^^

Hemisphere's Cafe

He bought me to this cafe in town, by the name of hemisphere's cafe.

Its considered kinda small, but very cozy & nice, with some games by the side

for their customers to play...

Located in a very quiet corner of the toys department, inside OG Orchard Point.

I loved the view & food there ^^

Definitely will be back for more~!

Met up with Jh, wy, ws & idill in town for a short Christmas gathering :)

Work has been hectic, trying to clear more projects before going on my 3 days leave next week :)

Work has been fulfilling...

Fulfilling in the sense that i can focus more & produce better work

But less fun...

Cause my best colleague, Chanel is no longer working there anymore =/

Lunch is always take away, & i hardly step out of the office now...

other then knocking off >.<

Chanel's 21st Birthday 22nd Nov '08

Went to Chanel's birthday party at Cafe Del Mar :)

Its damn happening, cause most of her friends are as crazy as her =x

But i had fun there, met lots of interesting people...

Drank quite abit too =X

Even my boss was high too.. LOL~!!

It was just too happening that Chanel was hyperventilating >.<

After Del Mar, we headed back to the villa at siloso resort

Haven't go out much lately... been kinda busy lately with work...

After OT, is either go home rot or running...

Didn't go out much, unless its weekend.

I have started my running regime again :) Yeash~!!

Though its after work, but i enjoyed it more...

Cause running at night is more cooling & helps me sleep better too ^^

LG Renoir KC910

LG just officially announced to us the successor of the Viewty, the KC910.

It is an all-in-one multimedia phone, sporting 8-megapixel camera,

Dolby sound for music, and DivX and XviD support for video playback.

At 14mm thickness, LG announces the KC910 as the slimmest 8MP phone on the market.

It has Xenon flash, Schneider-Kreuznach lens, ISO up to 1600

and can capture video in VGA resolution at 30fps

and in QVGA at up to 120fps for slow motion effect.

Thanks to a built-in GPS, the photos can be geo tagged

with the coordinates of the place they are taken at.

Other camera features include option for manual focus, face, smile

and blink detection and digital image stabilizer.

The KC910 is a quad-band GSM with support for HSDPA 7.2 Mbps,

has Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi, microSD slot for up to 8GB of memory,

3-inch WQVGA 240x400 touch display

and TV-out for watching images or videos on larger screen.

There is no information if it will run on the same interface as the Viewty

and the KF700, or on a new one.

LG says that it will come to the market in October of this year.

on one fateful day, i went to dine at Sushi Tei...
then i saw the sweet sauce...
so i decided to add an extra sauce to my usual mixture
of only wasabi & shoyu ...
and..
Ta Daaaa~!!

Sunday morning, when i woke up, there's breakfast in bed,

Sponge made pancakes and ham for me :)

Last Saturday, 8th Nov

Went to Lakeholms Condo with mommy & sis to attend

my cousin's new born baby's full month celebration ^^

To be exact, she was only 3 weeks old

Yeah, so now i am considered an auntie to this little girl

~~Make me feel so old =X~~

Her name is Chloe :)

And the lady in pink, is my cousin, Michelle.

Chloe is just so adorable~!!

But i think she doesn't like me >.<

Cause everybody tried carrying her, but she only cries

when i attempt to carry her for quite a few times =x

After that, Sponge came to join us & we headed to Jurong Point,

supposed to go enquire about various broadbands...

In the end, its more like a shopping trip

my sis bought a diamond ring, & had a haircut =___=

While waiting for her, we had Anderson ice-cream :)

i know its a small counter, but the service there really sucks,

no one bother to clean the tables, no ice water, & no menus either =.=

but at least I bought 2 dresses & a face care product *love* =X

Following that, Sponge & i went to Holland Village for dinner ~!!

We had Sushi Tei ( yeash, again =x )

Then we had dessert at " Cold Rock "

OH, I love the ICE-CREAM there!!

So yummy & chewy~

On top of that, you get to add in various snacks into your ice-cream,

like M&M, Kitkat, Sneakers, etc.... (you get the ideas right?)

There's also quite a variety of ice-cream flavours ^^

Last Friday, 7th Nov

sponge popped out at my office trying to surprise me :)

Why did i say "trying" ?

Well, cause i already half suspected that he will be booking out early that day!!

Wahahaha~!!

But anyway, i was surprised that while talking to him halfway on the phone,

that he would popped out!!

So, after work... We headed to Vivo for dinner,

wanted to eat at Sushi Tei again, but there was a long queue...

In the end we came to " The Mussel Guys " ^^

The food there was not bad...

we loved the Belgium mussels~!!

SOOooooo niceeeeeee ~!!

After dinner, we went to watch " Madagascar 2 " :)

One of my favourite movie, yeah~

Part 2 was nice & funny too, but somehow i preferred the part 1 better =X

Last Thursday, 6th Nov

Jiahui & i met up with Renee after her work at Upp Thomson...

We had prata at the prata house for starters...

Then we decided to head to Liquid Kitchen for a drink,

but as we walked over, we came across Ice3 (pronounced as ice cube),

a dessert sort of cafe, so we went there instead :)

I had a Peach sorbet with a peach alcohol served in a test tube,

while jh had a mudpie, & renee had a peach waffles ^^

I had to pull renee to the toilet with me,

while jh had to light up the candles for the surprise birthday mini cakes

wahahhaah~!!

We had fun catching up that night ^____^

Come back soon ah nei ~!!
